Our planning packages offer Month-Of Coordination, Partial Planning, and Full Planning options. Choosing the right level of service will depend on your personal preferences and needs. You should consider how much time you have for wedding planning, how involved you want to be in the planning process, your budget, and what level of service feels right for you.

Month-Of Coordination Package
Also known as Day-of Coordinator
- Up to 5 Planner/Client 1 hour meetings
- Up to 2 Planner/Client/Vendor 1 hour meetings
- Planner will step in as Single Point of Contact within 8 weeks of the wedding date
- UNLIMITED contact via email throughout the planning process
- Monthly email check-ins
- Provide wedding planning check lists
- Etiquette advisement, as needed
- Review contracts with all hired wedding pros
- Work with all vendors on final review and confirmations
- Rehearsal Coordination - Up to 1 hour
- Wedding ceremony setup and coordination - Up to 2 hours
- Cocktail hour and reception coordination - Up to 6.5 hours
Partial Planning Package
Everything from our Month-Of Coordination, plus:
- Up to 8 Planner/Client 1 hour meetings
- Up to 10 Planner/Client/Vendor 1 hour meetings
- Planner will work as Single Point of Contact throughout the planning process
- Review contracts and proposals from all hired wedding pros
- Assist with stationary wording and etiquette (Optional RSVP Tracking)
- Rehearsal Coordination - Up to 1 hour
- Wedding ceremony setup and coordination - Up to 2 hours
- Cocktail hour and reception coordination - Up to 7 hours
Full Planning Package
Everything from our Partial Planning Package, plus:
- Up to 15 Planner/Client 1 hour meetings
- Up to 15 Planner/Client/Vendor 1 hour meetings
- Budget review
- Schedule and attend all Planner/Client/Vendor meetings
- Planner will work as Single Point of Contact throughout the planning process
- Invitation assistance and management (Optional RSVP Tracking)
- Review contracts and proposals, as well as negotiate with wedding pros as needed
- Rehearsal Coordination - Up to 1 hour
- Wedding ceremony setup and coordination - Up to 2 hours
- Cocktail hour and reception coordination - Up to 8 hours
